School Supply Lists

Parking Lot Crosswalk – Parents please make sure your student crosses only at the crosswalk in the parking lot with an adult.

Carline - To expedite the morning car line process starting at 7:15 am, any student who is able to exit a vehicle without assistance should do so when the vehicle arrives at any of the numbered positions along the sidewalk. Students do not need to wait for an adult to open the door. Please do not exit the car prior to 7:15 am.

Early Check Out – Parents please be reminded of our early checkout policy for students. We will not accept early checkouts after 1:45 p.m. 

Sending money to school with your student? 

Please use the following envelopes clearly marked with the child’s first and last name, teacher, and reason for payment.


Brown envelopes - ASP payments ONLY

CCSD white envelopes - CCSD/Due West payments

Plain white envelopes - PTA/Foundation/Lunch money

    Your child's teacher thanks your very  much for using the correct envelope!!


     Let everyone know your Due West student is having a birthday by signing up for the birthday marquee. For a $25 donation to the Due West Foundation, your student's name and age will go on our "Happy Birthday" marquee.
